We firmly believe that with the mix of young professionals forming part of the team, we are adequately equipped to give quality service to our clients.
We have a dynamic team ranging from qualified and experienced accountants to company secretaries and recent university graduates in accounting, law, finance, and business-related fields.
We cherish having a panel of staff from multicultural backgrounds with bilingual abilities and a strong current of human values, which is the very foundation of our firm. Our staff is continuously going through highly technical training, ceaseless workshops, in-house discussions, sharing, and endless on-the-job training. Vinoba Gunnoo FCCA
CEO & Managing Partner
Vinoba Gunnoo is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, registered with the Financial Reporting Council (FRC Mauritius) as a Licensed Auditor. He is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA) as a public practitioner with over 30 years of experience.
Vinoba started his career in 1987 with Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) and successively with Arthur Anderson and BDO up to 2003, when he joined Nexia Baker & Authur Anderson, a member firm of NEXIA International, as a partner. Partner in charge of the accounting and audit of a portfolio of clients operating in various industries in Mauritius, ranging from hospitality, leading call centers, construction, manufacturing, distribution, retailing, technology, offshore, and finance.
He is currently the CEO and Managing Partner of the TGS Mauritius Group of Companies. He also serves as a non-executive independent director of several major local companies. He specializes in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
Akshaye Dev Gunnoo, BFP, ACA, AFA, MIPA
Senior Manager
Akshaye Dev Gunnoo is a chartered accountant qualified at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). He is also a Business Financial Professional (BFP), awarded by the ICAEW. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Financial Accountants (AFA) and a member of the Institute of Public Accountants of Australia (MIPA). He has over 8 years of experience in accounting, auditing, consulting, and management.
He joined the audit department of TGS Clark & Robbins in 2014 and was promoted to senior manager in 2021. He regularly advises small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on how to re-engineer their businesses and optimize their operations. He has also carried out various auditing and business diagnosis assignments. He is also passionate about business planning and consulting and has recently completed a business feasibility study for the establishment of a 5-star hotel in Mauritius.
